Crestwood is pleased to announce that our Selma Wellness Center, located at 3800 McCall Avenue in Selma, CA, officially opened on March 16, 2026! The Selma Wellness Center is a 40-bed, justice-informed MHRC program, created through a public-private partnership between the California Department of State Hospitals (DSH) and Crestwood.
The Selma Wellness Center focuses on serving justice-involved individuals who often face disproportionate risk of violence, overdose, and suicide so this is why it is critical to provide them with mental health recovery services. The staff is trained in rich interdisciplinary management of behaviors, as well as evidence-based practices for this population.
