Solano House
Crestwood Solano House serves 32 adults across two 16‑bed, Community Care Licensed Adult Residential Facilities (ARFs). Each person receives personalized rehabilitation services designed to promote stability, skill-building, and long-term wellness.
At Solano House, we create a soothing and therapeutic space where residents feel safe, respected, and encouraged. Our trauma‑informed recovery model reflects Crestwood’s commitment to delivering a full continuum of care. We offer a wide variety of engaging groups and programs, and we invite each participant to take an active, empowered role in their treatment planning from day one.

Crestwood Solano House
With a focus on life skills training, linkage, and community engagement, Crestwood’s Adult Residential Programs serve
adults in community-based residential settings. Persons served benefit from extensive life skills training; peer counseling; case management; behavioral self-management; community residential treatment systems; and Crestwood’s
Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) program.
Our homelike, trauma-informed atmosphere is inclusive of family, friends, and other supporters of our persons served. Our dynamic rehabilitative treatment program addresses the diverse cultural, spiritual, psychological, biological, and social needs of the people we serve. This provides the basis for developing a program that fosters growth, change, and
independence.
